Let’s first touch base and discuss your objectives and the property; please feel free to complete this form  and an Agent will be in touch with you shortly. After our initial discussion, we will make an appointment to walk through the property and put together a Comparative Market Analysis. Assuming we are in agreement on price and terms, a Management Agreement will be put into place where we will begin our advertising campaign and securing a tenant.

The answer will vary based on your objectives and details of the property. In general, an Annual rental property will provide you with more net income over the course of the year; however, we understand that is not every owner’s objective. Our Agents are very knowledgeable  and would be happy to guide you through the financials and outline each scenario so you can make a well informed decision.

Our team is here to help facilitate any maintenance or repair requests with our preferred vendors. We also understand that you may want to use specific vendors at your property and we are happy to comply. Our team will ensure work is completed professionally and by the most economical means possible. An emergency phone line is also available 24/7 so you don’t have to be.

We make every attempt to issue payment to our owners within 5 – 10 business days after the tenant takes occupancy. Owners can receive payments quicker by signing up for ACH payments so funds are deposited directly into their designated account.
