We have been using Horse and Chaise for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend them as a management company. They are efficient at informing me when repairs are needed and helpful in providing responsible vendors to remediate problems. They do a good job as a communication liaison with tenants. They have consistently found tenants, recommending market rent for both seasonal and annual renting.
