I’m interested in renting my property. How do I get started?

Let’s start by connecting to discuss your objectives and the property. Simply provide us with the necessary details, and one of our agents will reach out to you. Following our initial conversation, we’ll schedule a property walkthrough to conduct a Comparative Market Analysis. If we agree on the price and terms, we will enter into a Management Agreement. From there, we will initiate our advertising campaign and work towards securing a suitable tenant for your property.

How much should my property rent for in today’s market?

Our experienced agents are happy to help put together a Comparative Market Analysis and advise on recent market trends. We will match qualitative and quantitative information to price your property in the current market and try to align with your goals. Please contact us so that we can get started today!

Should I rent my property seasonally or annually?

The answer will vary based on your objectives and details of the property. In general, an annual rental property will provide you with more net income over the course of the year; however, we understand that is not every owner’s objective. Our agents are very knowledgeable and would be happy to guide you through the financials and outline each scenario so you can make a well-informed decision.

What happens if there is a maintenance issue at my property?

Our team is here to help facilitate any maintenance or repair requests with our preferred vendors. We also provide in-house maintenance services so we can resolve issues promptly and keep your bottom line in mind. Our team will ensure work is completed professionally and by the most economical means possible. An emergency phone line is also available 24/7, so you don’t have to be.

When can I expect payment for my property?

We make every attempt to issue payment to our owners within 5 – 10 business days after the tenant takes occupancy. Owners can receive payments quicker by signing up for ACH payments, so funds are deposited directly into their designated account.
