If you have a client who is looking for a rental property in southwest Florida or is interested in renting their property, we can work together to help them accomplish their goals. As a property management company in Venice, FL, Horse and Chaise Rentals and Property Management, Inc. does not participate in buying and selling real estate. We will refer the client back to you if they express interest in buying or selling.
Whether for short or long-term rental endeavors, we can work with your client to help them rent their property or find an annual or seasonal rental – stress-free.

What We Pay
We will pay you a one-time fee for any referrals once the client signs a management agreement or a lease.
- New Annual Management Property: $500
- New Seasonal Management Property: $300
- New Lease Only (Non-Managed) Property: $200
- New Tenant for Annual or Seasonal (3+ Months) Rental: $100
