HISTORY
Before there was Venice, there was “Horse and Chaise”, the original name of the Venice and Nokomis coastal areas. The city was later renamed Venice due to the likeness of our waterways and the famous Italian city. In May of 1995, Horse and Chaise Rentals and Property Management, Inc. opened its doors to service the community. Our name serves as a reminder of our community’s rich history and pride on Florida’s Suncoast.
Since our inception, we have grown to one of the area’s most prominent rental and property management agencies. The quality relationships we have established in servicing our tenants and owners is evident by the accolades we receive from the community. We have received numerous recognitions from Venice Main Street, Venice Chamber of Commerce, Venice Gondolier Sun, and Venice Herald-Tribune. Our success is a result of the trust we build, the experience we bring, and the focus we apply.
