Our Promises Explained
Satisfaction Promise
We take great pride in our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our property management services, you may cancel within the first 90 days of an annual lease or anytime in a seasonal lease without penalty, so long as we haven’t delivered a tenant-signed lease.
Results Promise
No upfront fees until we produce results. There are no charges or fees required to get started with our management services. Expenses related to maintenance or repairs are not included. In addition, it is our responsibility to collect rent on your behalf. You don’t get paid; we don’t get paid. If the tenant does not pay rent, then we do not collect a management commission.
Seasonal 3-Month Promise
If you agree to our recommended rental rate, then we will procure a lease or leases for a period of no less than three (3) months. If we are unsuccessful in renting the property for three (3) or more months, then we will reduce our commission to fifteen percent (15%) of the collected rent. Some conditions apply.
Annual 30-Day Promise
If you agree to our recommended rental rate, then we will procure an approved tenant in thirty (30) days or less. Some conditions apply.
Damage Free Promise
Our damage insurance product is aimed at protecting your property against any TENANT damage; normal wear and tear is not included. If a tenant we placed causes damage, we will reimburse up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for property damages exceeding the security deposit.
12 Month Promise
We are confident in our tenant procurement process and securing tenants that will comply with lease terms. If the tenant defaults on the lease by vacating early, we will procure a new tenant at no charge to the owner.
Animal Protection Promise
We screen each pet, charge a reasonable fee, and provide protection against animal damage to your property. We will reimburse up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for damages caused by an approved animal. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are excluded.
Eviction Protection Promise
We feel secure in our process, and if our approved tenant must be evicted, we will reimburse up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) towards the eviction costs. Only applicable to tenants we approve and place into your rental property.
