Cleaning Service Request *

CLOSE cleanings are recommended for properties that will be vacant for >1 month.

Please enter the deadline date being requested for the TURN OVER cleaning. *

Please note that we can NOT guarantee cleaning prior to 1 week after the lease concludes, as outlined in the management agreement. We will do our best to accomodate quick turn overs, but timing may be limited due to capacity of the cleaning contractors.

Special Cleaning Requests

Home Vacancy Service *

Please note that we do NOT inspect the premises after the tenant departs, as outlined in the management agreement, unless you are signed up for the Home Vacancy Service or specifically request an Inspection. If LANDLORD agrees, as indicated above, BROKER will perform vacant home services one (1) time per month whenever the property is vacant for more than fifteen (15) days in a monthly period. BROKER will conduct the service independently and LANDLORD will not be present nor interfere. The service will include a security check of the premises, testing of certain functions of the property, and any other checks or services required, in BROKER’s sole discretion, for the welfare and security of the property. LANDLORD agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BROKER for any items not identified during the service and acknowledges any reports provided are in no way a guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding the condition, future use, operability, habitability, or suitability of the property, premises, or components of same.
