If Horse and Chaise is NOT an authorized user on the accounts, you may be required to contact the provider and troubleshoot should an issue be reported. Delays or continued loss of service, may be considered a default and tenant due a credit at the owner's expense. Please ensure all services are operating well in advance of the tenancy.

Each of these services will be an expense to the property owner. An average standard clean is about $250, but the actual expense may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

The Preventative Maintenance Service includes:

    • Inspect water heater to ensure all elements are working properly
    • Inspect all toilets for proper functioning parts
    • Inspect all water supply lines including washer for any leaks or deterioration
    • Inspect and tested dryer for heat
    • Inspect and tested stove, oven, and microwave for heat
    • Inspect refrigerator for replacement filter needs
    • Inspect garbage disposal for functionality
    • Inspect internet and cable for proper function
    • Inspect air filter on AC units for replacement needs
    • Inspect all light bulbs for damaged bulbs
    • Inspect AC for cooling function
    • Inspect heating element in AC for proper heat function
    • Inspect ceiling for any water spots indicating possible roof leak concerns
    • Inspect all smoke detectors
