Each of these services will be an expense to the property owner. An average standard clean is about $250, but the actual expense may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

Outdoor Grill Cleaning *

I authorize Horse and Chaise to have the grill cleaned prior to tenancy and I accept the expense of $75 to complete the service.
I will clean the grill prior to tenancy and do not require Horse and Chaise assistance

If the tenant arrives to a grill that is not clean, the service fee may be higher than this flat rate to resolve.

Outdoor Grill Fuel *

I authorize Horse and Chaise to swap the propane tank prior to tenancy and I accept the expense of $75 plus the refill cost to complete the service.
I will refill the propane tank prior to tenancy and do not require assistance

We recommend either filling the tank for tenant use or removing the tank altogether, requiring the tenant to source their own fuel.

Yes, please arrange for a preventative maintenance service prior to occupancy and I accept the expense of $150 to complete the service.
No, I do not require the preventative maintenance service and everything will be in good working order prior to occupancy. This includes cable, internet, HVAC, water, smoke and CO2 detectors, etc.
