OWNER PORTALS AND FINANCIAL PACKETS

Getting Ready for the end of another great year at Horse and Chaise!

We are getting near that time of the year again where our Owners will begin receiving their financial statements for 2017. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and provide top of class property management services, we will be distributing these documents (aka “packets”) through your Owner Portal. Each Owner will receive an email notification when the documents have been posted to their portal and the documents will remain in this secure location for any future reference. You can access the Owner Portal directly from our updated website, under the Owner menu in the header.

We would like to encourage all of our Owners to utilize their portal for the following:

 

  • View and download report packets
  • View completed property or unit inspections
  • Securely contribute funds to the property of choice via eCheck (free) or credit card (online processing fee applied); if bank accounts are enabled for online payments
  • View and download other documents shared to portal
  • Provide consent to receiving a 1099 electronically, and download the 1099 when prepared
  • Enroll in eCheck payments and provide updated banking information if your bank accounts are enabled for online payments
